Upon joining Aspect Advisory, you’ll be part of a two-week orientation program where we teach you the hard and soft fundamentals of consulting and our work. From there you’ll join a team on a client project across a diverse set of topics aligned to our core skillset. You will work remotely with the expectation to be on the site of a client when required.

Experience in consulting to the financial services industry and proven ability to structure, lead and execute client project assignments with minimal Partner support
YOUR PROFILE
A minimum Honours (or four-year equivalent) degree from one of the Faculties of Science, Commerce or Engineering
Experience and / or interest in coding and data science is a plus
An output-oriented mindset
The ability to take ownership and responsibility of their tasks
The ability to think strategically
A logical and creative approach to problem solving
A willingness to overcome challenges and solve problems on your own
Excellent analytical skills
Good presentation and soft skills
An honest and transparent communicator of your difficulties, challenges and opinions within our times
You won’t be a good fit with Aspect Advisory if:
You prefer a time-based work schedule to an output-based work schedule
You aren’t willing to ask for help when you’re stuck
You are more interested in how you can benefit from the team rather than how the team can benefit from you
You believe a challenge on a task that the team is facing is not your challenge to solve
